Use Content for your LinkedIn posts. You can create posts yourself or let Content Autopilot prepare and publish posts on a schedule.
Content is available on paid plans, including Pro and Growth. Connect a healthy LinkedIn account in Accounts first.
Create one post
Open Content > Posts and select New post.
Check the publishing identity. This is the profile or company page the post will come from.
Enter a topic. Choose your tone, language and format, then select Generate. Pick one of the returned versions to edit. Use Write my own for a blank text draft instead.
Edit the text and check the LinkedIn preview. Review any images or PDF pages. Do not include results or customer claims you cannot support.
Choose what happens next using the options below.
Choose the profile or eligible company page that will publish your post. Sample data shown.
Save & close keeps the post as a draft.
Schedule lets you choose a future date and time. Check the timezone in the dialog.
Publish now requests immediate publication. Check the post status afterwards. A request alone does not prove the post is live.
Generating or saving a draft does not publish it. Open Posts to find Drafts, Scheduled, Published and Failed.
How post credits work
One successful preview in the composer uses one post credit for all versions returned in that preview.
Saving, scheduling or publishing your chosen generated draft uses no extra post credit.
A post you write manually uses one credit when it is first scheduled or published.
Check the displayed cost before generating extra media. For more detail, see plans and usage limits.
Set up Content Autopilot
Autopilot publishes posts automatically. It does not wait for you to approve each post. Leave it off if you want to choose when each post is published.
Open Content > Autopilot.
Add up to eight topics under What should it post about?. If you add none, ProspectHalo uses your saved customer details and pain points.
Choose the posting days, time, tone, language and formats. Check the timezone shown on the page.
Review What happens next and your publishing account.
Turn on Autopilot only when you are ready for automatic posting. The switch saves immediately.
Choose topics and a schedule before enabling automatic posting. Sample data shown.
Use Save changes after later schedule or format changes. The Something you learned this week note has its own Save experience button. Use that note for real experience you want future posts to draw on.
Check posts before they go live
Autopilot usually prepares a post about 20 hours before its slot. Open Posts > Scheduled to review it before the publishing time.
Read the text and check every image or PDF page.
Edit or unschedule a post if something is wrong.
Check the saved post rather than assuming every requested image was created.
Formats include Text, Single image, Multi-image and PDF carousel. Autopilot uses your selected formats. Multi-image can fall back to one image if suitable visuals are unavailable. If image generation fails, the saved post may be text only.
If post credits run out, Autopilot cannot prepare another post. Check the Content usage counter and any connection or generation error.
Change the publishing account
Select the publisher name and photo at the top of Content.
Choose a connected personal profile. If company-page publishing is available for your workspace, you can also choose an eligible managed page.
If a page is missing, select Refresh pages. Check that your connected LinkedIn account has the required access to that page.
The default applies to new posts and future Autopilot drafts. Saved posts keep their publisher. Open an unscheduled draft and use Publishing as to change it. Unschedule a scheduled post before changing its publisher.
One post has one publisher. To post the same idea from both a personal profile and a company page, create two posts. Outreach and connection requests still use a personal LinkedIn profile.
Choose what happens when people engage
An engager is someone who interacts with your post. Choose how these people should be handled.
Auto-add high-intent engagers sends eligible people to the active destination agent you choose.
Review every meaningful engager lets you review people before adding them to outreach.
Keep all engagers in nurture keeps them out of automatic outreach.
A single reaction stays in nurture. A comment or repeated relevant engagement does not guarantee outreach. The person still needs to pass your targeting, blocked-contact list, account-health and usage checks.
Stop automatic posting
Turn off the Autopilot switch to stop future automatic preparation.
Open Posts > Scheduled.
Unschedule or delete any existing post you do not want to go live.
Turning Autopilot off does not unschedule posts that are already scheduled.
