Create and publish LinkedIn content with Autopilot

Learn what Content Autopilot does and how to choose a personal profile or available company page.

Written by Umer Arif

Content Autopilot writes and schedules LinkedIn posts using your themes, selected days and time, tone, language, and preferred formats.

What Autopilot does

  • Creates posts using your saved brand and content settings.

  • Supports Single image, Text, Multi-image, and PDF carousel formats.

  • Generates each scheduled post about 20 hours before publishing so you can review or cancel it.

  • Publishes automatically at the selected time from the saved publishing identity.

  • Can optionally route meaningful engagers into outreach when they also fit the agent’s targeting.

Choose where posts are published

  1. Open Content, then Posts.

  2. Select the current publisher name and photo at the top.

  3. Choose a personal profile. If company-page publishing is enabled for your workspace, you can also choose a managed company page.

  4. Select Refresh pages if an eligible page is missing, and confirm the connected LinkedIn profile is an admin of that page.

Your choice becomes the default for future posts and future Autopilot drafts. It does not change posts that are already scheduled.

Change one draft

Open an unscheduled draft and use Publishing as to change its destination. A scheduled post must be unscheduled before it can be changed. A published post cannot be retargeted.

Publish to both destinations

One post can have only one publishing identity. To publish the same idea from both a personal profile and a company page, create two separate posts and select a different identity for each one.

Important limits

Company pages can publish Content posts, but they cannot run prospect discovery, send connection requests, or send direct messages. Outreach always uses an authorized personal LinkedIn profile.
