Use Import to add your own list of people. Use Export to take saved leads out of ProspectHalo. Review the destination agent and selected rows before you continue.
Use Leads to bring profiles into an existing agent or export saved records. Imports require an active plan and availability in your workspace. If Add leads is not shown, contact support about availability.
Import profiles
Select Add leads and choose the Destination agent.
Choose Paste URLs, Upload CSV, or Sales Navigator. Paste one public LinkedIn profile URL per line, up to 100 profiles.
For CSV, include a header row and map the LinkedIn URL column. Email is optional. The template uses linkedin_url and email. Only mapped fields are imported. Use up to 100 profiles in a file smaller than 2 MB.
Choose the qualification mode, then select Review import. Check profiles, invalid rows, duplicates, and maximum prospect-credit cost before confirming.
Select Import profiles. You can close the panel while processing continues. Open Imports to review progress and individual outcomes.
The Sales Navigator tab requires a connected LinkedIn account with an active Sales Navigator subscription assigned to the destination agent. Premium alone is not enough. Use a people-search or saved people-search URL. Company searches, lists, and individual Sales Navigator lead URLs are not supported in that tab.
Choose the right qualification mode
Check against agent targeting applies the agent’s existing qualification rules.
Use my selected list skips audience matching for these profiles after your confirmation. Profiles are still verified and enriched. The agent’s saved targeting and sending safeguards stay unchanged.
Each newly enrolled profile uses one prospect credit. Duplicate, rejected, and unresolved profiles use none. Email enrichment follows its separate credit rules.
Added means enrolled, not contacted. Approval, sequence, and sending settings still apply. A paused agent stays paused. Cancelling an unfinished import does not remove profiles already added or stop their enrolled outreach.
Export saved leads
Use the filters and selection checkboxes before exporting. Sample data shown.
Filter the list, then select the rows you want. In the main Leads directory, the header checkbox can select all matching leads across pages. Check the selected count before exporting.
Choose Export as CSV, Export as Excel, or Export to Google Sheets. With selected rows, the export uses that selection. With no selection, it uses the current page. Google Sheets may ask you to connect or reconnect Google and approve the required permissions.
CRM entries marked Coming soon are disabled. They do not provide a direct CRM login or export connection. Agent webhook integrations are separate settings.
