Open Accounts from the dashboard to connect the accounts ProspectHalo can use.
Connect LinkedIn
Select Connect LinkedIn.
Complete the secure LinkedIn connection steps.
Return to ProspectHalo and confirm the account appears on the Accounts page.
A personal LinkedIn profile is required for finding leads and sending LinkedIn outreach.
Company pages cannot send connection requests or direct messages. If company-page publishing is available in your workspace, you can select a page separately when creating Content posts.
Connect email
Select Connect Email.
Choose Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP.
Complete the sign-in steps and confirm the mailbox appears in Accounts.
Email is optional for LinkedIn-only outreach. Connect it when you want an agent to use both LinkedIn and email.
What the account status means
Healthy means the account is connected and working.
Ready or Checking means the account is connected and ProspectHalo is checking its health.
Safety pause means the account is still connected but activity is temporarily paused.
Needs attention means you should review the account.
Needs reconnect means you must reconnect it.
Only reconnect when the page explicitly says Needs reconnect. Agents using the same account share its safe daily limits.
