Lead discovery means finding people who may match your audience. ProspectHalo does this in stages. A search result is not yet a checked lead, and a checked lead has not necessarily been contacted.
The three stages
Find possible matches. The agent searches LinkedIn using your saved audience.
Check the profiles. It checks available person and company details against your rules.
Add suitable people. People who pass the required checks can enter the agent’s pipeline. Outreach follows your saved mode, approvals and sequence.
A lead’s qualification page explains the saved checks and evidence. Sample data shown.
Why does the agent work in batches?
LinkedIn search, profile checks and sending have separate allowances. ProspectHalo paces these actions rather than doing everything at once.
Agents using the same LinkedIn account share those allowances. Adding another agent does not multiply the account’s limits.
A wait does not always mean something is broken
Read the latest message in the agent’s Discovery area. It shows what the agent is waiting for and, when available, the earliest next time.
A normal allowance wait is different from a disconnected account. Open Accounts if you see a connection or health warning.
Check the account status before trying to reconnect it. Sample data shown.
Why is the number of new leads lower than my limit?
A limit is the most the system allows, not a promised number of new leads. The actual number depends on suitable matches, duplicates, available evidence, account preparation and provider pauses.
Your daily sending allowance is not a daily new-lead target. Search, profile checks and sending are different actions.
Do not weaken your required checks just to fill a quota. Raising an allowance does not bypass provider limits.
What should I check?
Read the latest Discovery status and next time.
Check for an account warning in Accounts.
Review any waiting approvals.
If progress is still unexpected, contact support with the agent name, exact status and roughly when it started.
See Waiting for LinkedIn or few or no leads for specific checks.
