ProspectHalo helps you find business prospects on LinkedIn, contact them through LinkedIn or email, manage replies and create LinkedIn posts.
Start with one outreach agent
An agent is a saved setup for one audience and offer. You choose who to find, which accounts to use and how messages should work.
Connect a personal LinkedIn profile for lead discovery and LinkedIn outreach.
Add an email account if you want multichannel outreach.
Create an agent with your audience, offer and sequence. A sequence is the set of messages, checks and waits the agent follows.
Choose Find only to collect leads without automated outreach. Choose Find and outreach to also use your saved sequence.
For outreach, choose whether to approve the first step, approve every step or send automatically. Automatic replies after a person responds are a separate setting.
A sequence lays out the messages and paths for an agent. Sample data shown.
Where to find things
Agents holds your audiences, sequences, approvals and agent status.
Leads shows people across your agents and why they were selected.
Accounts shows connected LinkedIn and email accounts, their status and limits.
Inbox holds your conversations. A prospect’s reply stops automated sequence follow-ups.
Content helps you write, schedule and publish LinkedIn posts.
Analytics shows activity and results.
Leads shows saved people across your agents. Sample data shown.
How leads are checked
ProspectHalo checks potential leads against your saved rules and available evidence. Missing evidence can hold a person back. It does not prove the person meets your rules.
The Intent Score combines profile fit and available signals. It helps rank leads. It is not a prediction that someone will buy.
A lead’s qualification page shows a saved assessment. Check its date and any warning that your targeting changed. Opening the page does not run a new check.
LinkedIn posts are separate from outreach
Use Content to create posts for a connected personal profile or, when available, an eligible managed company page. Outreach still uses a personal LinkedIn profile.
Content Autopilot publishes automatically without approval for each post. You can review upcoming posts in Scheduled. Turning it off does not unschedule posts already queued.
What affects results?
Your plan, audience, available matches, account health, approval choices and account limits all matter. Agents sharing one account also share its limits. More agents do not give that account more capacity.
