Open Agents and select Create agent. The setup has five simple steps.
1. Tell the agent what you sell
Explain your offer, the problem it solves, and the result customers can expect.
Choose Find and outreach if the agent should find leads and contact them. Choose Find only if you only want leads to review or export.
2. Choose your ideal customer
Add the job titles, industries, locations, and company types you want.
Required means the person must meet the rule.
Preferred means the rule helps with ranking, but it will not exclude a good lead.
If you see Evidence constrained, one of your required rules may be difficult to confirm from LinkedIn and could reduce the number of leads.
3. Choose buying signals
Select the signs that may show someone is more likely to be interested. Signals help the agent contact stronger opportunities first.
4. Choose your channels
Select LinkedIn-only or LinkedIn and email, then review the messages the agent will use.
5. Choose how approval works
Approve first step only lets you approve the first message for each lead.
Send automatically allows the sequence to run within your safety limits.
Approve every step asks for your approval before each message.
Conversation Autopilot is a separate setting that controls AI replies after someone responds.
After you launch
The agent starts automatically when a healthy LinkedIn account and enough account capacity are available. Leads may appear gradually because each person is checked before being added.
